Two requirements, then the calendar

Come with clean, dry hair. Shampooed, conditioned, fully blow-dried and tangle-free — for every style.
Skip the oils and heavy products. No oil-based products before your appointment. If oil is present you may be asked to reschedule, or a $45 wash and blow-dry fee is added.

Got it — I’ll come with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and no oil-based products, and I understand the $25 deposit is non-refundable.
