Before your appointment

• Come with clean, dry hair. Shampooed, conditioned, fully blow-dried and tangle-free — for every style.

• Skip the oils and heavy products. No oil-based products before your appointment. If oil is present you may be asked to reschedule, or a $45 wash and blow-dry fee is added.

• Bring inspiration. Have a style in mind? Bring photos or references so your vision comes across clearly.

• Share your hair history. Tell Kristian about recent colour, keratin, bleach or other treatments so she can choose the safest approach.

Keeping it fresh

When the perimeter starts to loosen, a touch-up redoes the front 2–3 rows and includes a take-down and wash — rather than reinstalling the whole head. Braid Removal is bookable separately.
