Before your appointment

Come with clean, dry hair. Shampooed, conditioned, fully blow-dried and tangle-free — for every style.
Skip the oils and heavy products. No oil-based products before your appointment. If oil is present you may be asked to reschedule, or a $45 wash and blow-dry fee is added.
Bring inspiration. Have a style in mind? Bring photos or references so your vision comes across clearly.
Share your hair history. Tell Kristian about recent colour, keratin, bleach or other treatments so she can choose the safest approach.

When the perimeter starts to loosen, a touch-up redoes the front 2–3 rows and includes a take-down and wash — rather than reinstalling the whole head. Braid Removal is bookable separately.
